  1. Click on "Book Appointment" on the homepage
  2. Accept the terms of use
  3. Enter your personal details (name, date of birth)
  4. Select your insurance type and whether you are a new or existing patient
  5. Choose your preferred doctor or let us suggest an available appointment
  6. Select an available appointment
  7. Enter your contact details and confirm the booking

  1. Click on "Cancel Appointment" on the homepage
  2. Enter your name and date of birth
  3. The system will automatically find your booked appointment
  4. Confirm the cancellation
Important Note: Please cancel appointments in a timely manner if you are unable to attend.

Unfortunately, direct rescheduling is not possible online. Here's what to do:
  1. First, cancel your existing appointment
  2. Then book a new appointment
Alternatively, you can contact us by phone.

  • Your insurance card
  • Referral letter (if applicable)
  • Previous medical records (if available)

Important Note:
Patients without sufficient German or English language skills must bring an adult interpreter to the appointment. Unfortunately, treatment without adequate communication is not possible for legal reasons.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If you are running late, please call the practice immediately.

  • EU citizens: Please bring a valid ID document.
  • Non-EU citizens: Please bring a valid ID document. A €1,000 deposit is required before treatment begins.
